How much do Empire Terra services cost?
The commission is agreed transparently in the contract before we start. The initial valuation is free. Owners publish listings under the plans shown on the Plans page.
How do I book a viewing?
On the property page use the “Request offer / viewing” form or email contact@empireterra.ro.
How do I publish a listing?
Create a free account, confirm your email and add the listing from your account. Every listing is reviewed by our team before it goes live.
Which documents are needed to sell?
Usually: title deed, land registry extract, energy certificate, tax certificate and ID documents. We give you the complete list for your case.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, at any time from your account (Subscription section). It stays active until the end of the paid period. See the Subscription & refund policy.
How are properties verified on Empire Terra?
Every property undergoes a technical and documentary check before publication: land registry extract, cadastral floor areas, energy certificate, and for land plots the zoning parameters (PUG/PUZ, POT, CUT) and utility access.
